Talking did not heal the slight or hurt but it did relieve some of the pressure. Lucifer indulges for a moment of just feeling Balthazar's grace close to his. Slowly his own grace wraps around the younger angel.

"I do not want nor need you to do anything so drastic." Lucifer shakes his head. "I know you would but I do not want you to. I want you just as you are."

He nestles his head against Balthazar. "I will never forgive him and now I must worry about my daughter."
