Here is a list of the major, or High Court, of Chaos. These consist of Lucifer's advisors and most trusted angels.


King/Father Lucifer.  - Profile
Angel type: Seraphim (1st Seraphim)
General appearance:
Lucifer has pale skin, white hair, deep twilight blue eyes, and typically appears with white wings (1 or 2 pairs depending). 6'6" is his usual height though in Chaos he can appear much taller.
Duties:
Head of the Court, Monarch of Chaos. Rules with diplomacy and allowing all the angels to have input into actions if they choose. He's known for being just, but severe as a ruler. Always honest with those under him and acts with the best interest of the Fallen in mind when it comes to official actions. Can be hot-tempered and demands formality and respect.
Relationship to the court: Lucifer considers his court his family. Many of the angels have served with him since their creation in heaven. The bond between them is unbreakable and he would defend them against anything, stand with them on any endeavor. He relies on them for wise council and as his eyes and ears.


High Chancellor Belial (hellsadvisor) - Profile
Angel type: Archangel/Spirit of Intellect (1st Archangel)
General appearance: 
Belial has pale skin, long black hair, and white eyes (he's blind). His wings are abnormally large and rounded, made for soaring, and oilslick black.
Duties:
Lucifer's advisor or vizier. He is Lucifer's right hand, his mercy, diplomacy, and blessing. He is even tempered, patient, humane, and calm. He offsets the King's wildness and severity. He does not like conflict and is a phenomenal diplomat. Absolutely loyal to Lucifer and cannot be swayed. He is noted for gifting humans deemed worthy, by members of the court, animal familiars and spirit guides as a gift from the court.
Relationship with Lucifer: Belial has served with Lucifer the longest. There are no secrets between them and they trust each other implicitly, even when they disagree. As the first Archangel and first Seraphim they always present a unified front and respect each other's power. Belial is typically the first angel Lucifer will seek out when he is faced with a problem he can't solve or doesn't know how to address. Belial is often the one who tempers Lucifer's wildness and gets him to think things through before acting when he is too passionate to slow down.



Azazael, the Standard Bearer and Messenger (azazael) -Profile
Angel type: Irin or Watcher (One of the last angels created by God)
General appearance: 
Azazael has sky blue eyes, shoulder length black hair and light sandy skin. He looks like a freshfaced youth. His wings are falcon like, and sky blue mottled with white. He is 5'8". Of all the court angels he chooses to dress and behave more like a modern human, often on top of slang and current human culture.
Duties:
Azazael is Lucifer's messenger and spy. He is the secret keeper and always knows more than he lets on or appears to. Youngest of the Fallen Angels, Azazael is not Fallen though he has been expelled from Heaven. Of all the Fallen, Lucifer is most protective of Azazael.
Relationship with Lucifer: Azazael is one of Lucifer's favorite angels, even in Heaven before the fall. Since Lucifer rescued Azazael from the lake of fire the younger angel has developed a form of hero worship and a crush on Lucifer. Lucifer is indulgent of this behavior, though he respects the younger angel's limits. Azazael is Lucifer's bearer of secrets and he knows things about Lucifer's internal workings that even Belial does not. They are quick to comfort each other, and Azazael has always been the one to weather Lucifer through heartbreak and emotional distress.



Lady Sin (Amartolósa) (amartolosa ) - Profile
Angel type: Seraphim (Born in Chaos not Heaven)
General appearance: 
Sin is a tall feminine woman with dark brown or red eyes and dark ebony skin. Her large set of wings are red with thin black trim at the trailing edges of each feather. The secondary shoulder set are crimson red and the lower set are silky black. 
Duties:
Lucifer's daughter and twin of Death. She is often found guarding doors into Chaos. Sin is known among the fallen anges as a capable and compassionate ruler when she serves in her father's stead. 
Relationship with Lucifer:
Lucifer is a doting and protective father. Sin bears the same guilt as her father over the mutilation of her brother. They are very close though, because they are similar their relationship can be tense and volatile but they never stay angry with each other.



Lord Death (Thnisko) (thnisko) - Profile
Angel type: Seraphim (Born in Chaos not Heaven)
General appearance: 
Death is 6 foot tall with black wings, short black hair, and bone white skin. He typically wears death shrouds and a veil. His tongue and eyes were cut out by the Seraphim/God. He speaks telepathically. 
Duties:
Lucifer's son and twin of Sin. He is silent and observant preferring to stay in the shadows. He is often found guarding doors into Chaos. He is blind and mute (due to injury from the seraphim of Heaven) though telepathic and empathic.
Relationship with Lucifer: Lucifer is a doting and protective father. Lucifer has a lot of guilt surrounding his son's injury, feeling if he had killed God during the fall his son would yet be whole. Death is approval seeking when it comes to Lucifer, always looking to make his father proud. Death has been isolationist since his injury and Lucifer is often the one to encourage him to step outside his comfort zone to reintegrate with the rest of the angels.


Lord Beelzebub (hesperussword) - Profile
Angel type: Archangel/Spirit of War and Rulership
General appearance: 
He is very martial in appearance, straight standing and formal in movements, tall, and muscular. His eyes are black. His long hair and skin are pale ivory with his skin having a reddish/ruddy undertone. His wings are white streaked with red giving them a blood splattered appearance. He speaks with clipped and formal speech nearly all the time. He is always armed and in his armor. 
Duties:
Lucifer's second in command and champion of the armies of Chaos. He is Lucifer's Left hand, his justice and war. He is much like Lucifer though he would prefer battle to ruling. He is eloquent, rational, and intelligent like his King.
Relationship with Lucifer: Beelzebub and Lucifer see each other as brothers, and near equals. They are rowdy and often drunken together. They have each other's backs and have total trust that the other would die rather than see the other fall. Lucifer trusts Beelzebub to stand beside him in all endeavors, and the archangel never falters in service of this expectation. As the first two angels to escape the fire, Lucifer and Beelzebub were the ones to free the other angels of torment with words and inspiration. They often spar with one another, though they do so with human weapons to ensure they don't severely injure each other. Angels gather to watch their routine training session as both angels believe it is important to stay honed and ready to fight just in case an opening comes to kill God.


Duke Astaroth (starryeyedangel) - Profile
Angel type: Archangel/Spirit of Intellect
General appearance: 
Astaroth has pale blue skin and dark blue eyes.  He is tall and incredibly thin, almost to seem impossible or wispy/waifish. His wings are iridescent black shifting with overtones of reds, blues and greens. In sunlight or moonlight the edges of his feathers seem to glow brilliant white. Astaroth tends toward loose flowing robes in dark jewel tones.
Duties:
This angel is math and science and knows everything. He is enigmatic, wise, loves the stars, and you can never tell if he is lying or not. Though he has a reputation for lying he does not lie to Lucifer since his King punished him severely for lying in the past. He is a trickster at heart but never lets on if he is tricking or honest.
Relationship with Lucifer: Lucifer and Astaroth had a rough patch after the fall. He is the only member of the court to have been punished by Lucifer for disobedience, deserved for lying to the King about something that endangered the lives of other fallen angels. Since then they have become closer again. The least trusted of the court Lucifer and Astaroth are actively rebuilding the friendship they had before the Fall. They can be terse with each other but their love of intellectual pursuits has given them a stable foundation to get passed past slights.


Lord Mulciber (divinearchitect)
Angel type: Archangel/Spirit of Art
General appearance: 
Mulciber is short, stocky and rather informal. His skin and eyes are both light brown with wings of a muted and mottled gray palette. Typically he is in the clothing of his trade looking more like a construction worker or a Renaissance era craftsman then an angel. He can be dirty or dusty if he has been working on a project
Duties:
Architect and Builder. A spacial thinker Mulciber built both Heaven and Lucifer's palace Pandemonium.
Relationship with Lucifer: Lucifer and Mulciber have seen little change in their relationship prior to and after the fall. As God's architect and God's protector they often spoke of matters of strategy and beauty. They have a shared understanding of the multiple purposes of building, to the point of Lucifer seeing Mulciber's craft as its own kind of creation. Though they are not forthright about it verbally the two angels trust each other deeply. Lucifer often comes to defend Mulciber's honor among the fallen angels, as they can harass and taunt the angel who was so close in the service of God before the fall. 


Lord Mammon (goldenwolf)
Angel type: Archangel/Spirit of Civilization
General appearance: 
Stately and regal in composure, Mammon looks a bit like an Arab trader with dark sandy skin, eerie looking eyes, and dark hair. His wings are golden streaked with silver and metallic looking. The feathers appearing more like sheets of metal than feathers, though if touched they are soft and flexible. 
Duties:
Conscious of profit, economics, and probability. Mammon is in charge of mining and minting currency. He is also a voice of reason when it comes to being able to deduce if a project will succeed.
Relationship with Lucifer: These two angels are often found deep in heated debates. Both are stubborn and opinionated but they have a mutual respect that keeps their arguments from devolving into anything more dangerous that yelling and occasionally flying from each other's presence in anger. Despite the turmoil in their relationship they do respect each other's more devious side when it comes to planning and plots. They have been co-conspirators in several of the plots Lucifer developed to damage God's hold on Creation.




Marquis Phenex (devilsphoenix) -Profile 
Angel type: Archangel/Spirit of Art
General appearance: 
Phenex always looks washed out because his hair, skin and eyes are white. His wings are variable color depending on his mood and he tends toward colorful clothing with intricate embroidery or embellishments. He almost always has a book or instrument with him, often singing or passively observing.
Duties:
Sage and teacher of the court, Phenex embraces science, poetry, arts, and the humanities. The equivalent of a Renaissance era court artist.
Relationship with Lucifer: Phenex is the only member of the court that did not serve Lucifer in Heaven. Phenex served the Archangel Jophiel, angel of beauty and patron of artists, but decided to take up arms when they cut off Lucifer's wings. Phenex was so appalled by their willingness to destroy that which was most beautiful that he lost his mind and flew into a rage. Lucifer respects the extreme passion felt by this angel. Phenex and Lucifer bonded after the fall as both felt intense loss and disorientation related to being ripped from creation. They can often be found lost in the arts; especially music and poetry. Many of the angels will gather to listen to Phenex and Lucifer when they decide to retell epic poems or recite poetry. It is considered mesmorizing and so beautiful that few angels can turn from them when they speak together.
